I posted this on Facebook a couple of days ago, but I've been nominated by the Cameron Eugene Jackson Library for their Literary Quest award. The award will be handed out during Cameron's Literacy Celebration (formerly the West coast Educational and Cultural Black Writers Festival) on Saturday, October 3rd inside the Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center.

I'm humbled that they considered me for the award and despite what happens, I'm just honored to be a part of the festival this year.
