Observations of life by author and poet Charles L. Chatmon
Just a few observations I would like to post at this moment in time:
You're not going to change everyone's mind. It doesn't matter if you write the greatest story or non-fiction work ever written, folks will still have a problem with it. Just relax and write what you create or feel. If folks understand the premise or context, they will let you know. Life's much too short to get everyone's approval.
In order to win the battle, you have to outthink your opponent. Study. Do the research. Follow the actions instead of the words.
Don't let anyone regardless of personal or political stance, deter you from pursuing what is right rather than being told what they think is right.
Don't easily fall into the trap of ideologies. Think for yourself. Live the life you want.
That's it....for now.
